Description

You will serve as a technical advisor to customers, helping them maximize the value of Salt Security's API security platform by guiding configuration, adoption, and optimization. You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure customer success and drive long-term value.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in customer success or technical account management
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering
• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Serve as dedicated Technical Advisor guiding platform optimization
• Define outcome-driven operational plans with measurable outcomes
• Develop mutual action plans to advance time-to-value and product maturity
• Identify and prioritize high-impact platform use cases and guide production deployment
• Deliver best-practice recommendations and early risk identification
