You'll enable the European Market Development team to win and deliver public-private partnership opportunities by owning funding lifecycles and driving market research. Your core impact is securing and managing EU/UK grants and technology partnerships to support PsiQuantum's mission of building the first useful quantum computers. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge deep-tech and strategic government engagements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and qualify EU/UK grant calls like Horizon Europe and EIC.
• Draft grant content including needs, workplans, and budget narratives.
• Manage post-award PMO: reporting, claims, and deliverables calendars.
• Conduct market research on funding instruments and ecosystem players.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years in strategy/ops, consulting, or EU/UK grants.
• Excellent writing and cross-functional timeline management.
• Stakeholder maturity to interface with senior government/industry counterparts.
• Bias to action, organized, detail-tight, thrives in ambiguity.
