You'll be the primary post-sale relationship owner for assigned clients, driving adoption, retention, and measurable value. You'll act as a client sherpa, keeping executive sponsors informed and delivering quarterly Value Realization Reviews while coordinating with onboarding and delivery teams.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Monitor onboarding and partner with implementation teams for go-lives.
- Drive adoption through tailored success plans and regular check-ins.
- Prepare and lead quarterly Value Realization Reviews.
๐ Requirements
- 1โ3 years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive interactions.
- Consultative mindset and problem-solving orientation.
- CRM and collaboration tool proficiency.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
- Basic understanding of security tools.
