You'll be the primary post-sale relationship owner for assigned clients, driving adoption, retention, and measurable value. You'll act as a client sherpa, keeping executive sponsors informed and delivering quarterly Value Realization Reviews while coordinating with onboarding and delivery teams.

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Monitor onboarding and partner with implementation teams for go-lives.
  • Drive adoption through tailored success plans and regular check-ins.
  • Prepare and lead quarterly Value Realization Reviews.

  • 1โ€“3 years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for executive interactions.
  • Consultative mindset and problem-solving orientation.
  • CRM and collaboration tool proficiency.
