You'll bring deep technical rigor to data analysis at Decagon, a leading conversational AI platform. You'll design experiments, build scalable analytical frameworks, and influence product strategy. The role offers the chance to drive experimentation culture and work with cutting-edge AI systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain foundational datasets and metrics for AI platform infrastructure.
• Partner with Engineering to surface scaling bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Embed experimentation and measurement best practices into product cycles.
• Conduct deep-dive quantitative investigations for incident analysis and reliability improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science or product analytics roles.
• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency.
• Solid foundation in statistics and experimental design.
• Experience analyzing machine learning models and their trade-offs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in high-scale consumer or marketplace products.
• Experience with operational analytics (alerting, SLIs/SLOs).
• Comfort partnering with data and infra engineering.
