You'll lead the creation of a high-velocity experimentation engine and define an AI-first design strategy that drives measurable business impact. You'll translate behavioral insights into scalable solutions and partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data to accelerate conversion and revenue outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set vision and mentor team while prototyping complex systems
• Design experiments for acquisition, activation, and retention opportunities
• Establish rapid-fire testing processes for fast hypothesis-to-experiment cycles
• Champion experimentation culture and advocate for fail-fast learning
• Lead adoption of AI-driven methodologies for design automation and personalization

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product design
• 5+ years leading and managing design teams
• Proven history of applying design to drive measurable business outcomes
• Ability to interpret behavioral data and A/B test results

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools
• Specialized skills in fine-tuning AI models or building custom design pipelines
