You'll serve as the CEO's strategic partner and execution engine at Gorilla, a company building the intelligence layer for the energy transition. You'll drive company-wide priorities, connect teams, and ensure strategic decisions translate into coordinated action. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve operating cadence (OKRs, weeklies, quarterlies, offsites)
• Drive cross-functional alignment and decision velocity across teams
• Lead 2-4 high-impact strategic initiatives per year to delivery
• Maintain visibility on progress and translate data into executive narratives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in consulting, business ops, or Chief-of-Staff roles in high-growth B2B SaaS
• Proven ability to drive exec-level alignment and accountability
• Sharp analytical thinker connecting operational signals to commercial outcomes
• Outstanding communicator — crisp, concise, high-signal; proficient with Asana, Notion, Sheets, Slides
