You'll develop and execute multi-channel communication campaigns to grow Picnic's customer base in Germany. You'll analyze campaign results and derive optimization potentials. This role offers a chance to drive projects independently and shape company success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute campaigns across email, push, WhatsApp, in-app, and direct mail.
• Analyze campaign results and identify optimization opportunities.
• Analyze and define target customer segments for communication effectiveness.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research, customer interviews, and A/B tests.

📋 Requirements

• Completed master's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent.
• Fluent German and very good English skills.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or similar.
• Strong commitment to careful and precise execution of campaigns.

• Experience with marketing automation systems like Salesforce or Braze.
• Proficient with large relational databases and SQL.
