💼 About This Role

You'll lead the team building foundational data infrastructure for warehouse-native products. You'll drive development of critical platform infrastructure and foster a high-performing engineering culture. You'll partner closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of backend engineers
• Partner with PM and Design to scope and estimate roadmap
• Own delivery of data infrastructure like export pipelines and orchestration
• Collaborate with adjacent teams on shared infrastructure decisions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 2 years managing a team
• Experience building or operating data infrastructure at scale
• Proven ability to partner with Product Management to translate business goals into engineering plans
• Strong communication skills in distributed team environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Go or comparable backend languages (Java, Python, Rust)
• Familiarity with data warehouse platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks)
• Familiarity with data pipeline tooling (Airflow, Prequel)
