Working in a lean, cross-functional squad, you'll deliver impactful design that moves both customer and business metrics. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and conduct end-to-end user research
• Facilitate collaborative workshops and design jams
• Own and deliver UX solutions from discovery to handover
• Create journey maps, process flows, and personas

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a UX/UI role
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and Dovetail
• Tertiary qualification in UX, Visual Communication, or related field
• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity
