• Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact data science initiatives driving strategic outcomes
• Deep expertise in advanced machine learning, statistical methods, and algorithm development
• Proficient in Python or R and advanced SQL
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and mentorship
