Description

You will own and maintain developer documentation for Addepar's platform, leveraging AI and automation tools to keep content accurate and current. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate complex technical specs into clear, developer-friendly docs.

Requirements

• 5+ years writing API documentation (REST, GraphQL)
• Comfortable reading code (Python, Java) and using Postman, GitHub, CLI
• Deep experience with ReadMe or similar doc platforms
• Knowledge of Markdown and docs-as-code workflows
• Familiarity with LLMs and structured documentation for AI tools

Responsibilities

• Own developers.addepar.com, perform regular audits for accuracy
• Create high-impact docs for new features, consolidate info, archive deprecated content
• Rigorously test API docs against live environments
• Evaluate and implement AI/automation tools for real-time content updates
• Work with Engineers and PMs to translate complex specs into clear docs
