🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations across the value stream
• Own and manage KPIs including OTD, PPA, DPU
• Conduct daily Gemba walks and tiered huddles
• Lead structured problem-solving using A3 thinking

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in manufacturing or operations
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Hands-on Lean manufacturing implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline

• Electrical degree or diploma preferred
• Experience in cross-functional, high-mix manufacturing
