You'll own the end-to-end sales enablement strategy, partnering with leadership and recruiting to hire, ramp, and coach world-class talent. This role offers the chance to shape how our sales team executes, with data-driven tools like Gong and AI platforms.

- Design and implement sales enablement strategy for measurable performance outcomes
- Partner with recruiting to refine hiring profiles and selection processes
- Develop onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-productivity
- Facilitate call reviews, deal analysis, and skill-building sessions
- Monitor key metrics and build playbooks based on proven best practices
๐ Requirements
- Experience in Business Lending/Lending required
- 5+ years in sales enablement, training, or sales leadership
- Proven track record of improving sales performance and driving measurable results
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and solve performance challenges
