You'll manage a territory to expand EquipmentShare's customer base in construction equipment rentals. You'll execute full sales strategy from market analysis through contract negotiation. This role offers uncapped commission and a total compensation range of $150K-$600K.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Territory management and full sales strategy execution
- New business development and client acquisition
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective customers
๐ Requirements
- Outside sales experience with proven track record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Competitive and self-motivated in a team environment
