🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale a software engineering organization of approximately 50 engineers.
• Define and evolve the architecture of distributed, cloud-native systems on AWS.
• Drive integration of generative AI and automation into provider workflows.
• Ensure systems meet healthcare security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong technical foundation.
• 5+ years leading large engineering organizations (50–150 engineers).
• Strong expertise in modern web technologies: React, TypeScript, APIs, backend systems.
• Extensive experience designing and operating AWS-based cloud architectures at scale.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proven experience deploying AI or generative AI in production.
• Experience in regulated environments, ideally healthcare.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical involvement.
