Description

You will support the Workers' Compensation program by coordinating care for injured employees, processing claims, and ensuring compliance with laws. You'll serve as a liaison between employees, departments, medical providers, and the third-party administrator to facilitate claims management and return-to-work processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, public admin, business admin, risk management, or related field
• 3 years of professional HR experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation and HR practices
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Process workers' compensation claims and conduct research
• Manage medical case and oversee injured employee support
• Analyze and apply workers' compensation laws and regulations
• Develop and deliver training on workers' compensation procedures
• Serve as liaison between injured employees, HR, departments, medical providers, and TPA
