Description
You will support the Workers' Compensation program by coordinating care for injured employees, processing claims, and ensuring compliance with laws. You'll serve as a liaison between employees, departments, medical providers, and the third-party administrator to facilitate claims management and return-to-work processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, public admin, business admin, risk management, or related field
- 3 years of professional HR experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of workers' compensation and HR practices
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
Responsibilities
- Process workers' compensation claims and conduct research
- Manage medical case and oversee injured employee support
- Analyze and apply workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Develop and deliver training on workers' compensation procedures
- Serve as liaison between injured employees, HR, departments, medical providers, and TPA
