Description

You will lead video projects from concept to completion, managing a small team and collaborating with in-house production and account teams. Your role involves overseeing pre-production and post-production, directing on set, and ensuring high production value for clients in the patient-centric healthcare space.

Requirements

• Experience in video production and managing projects from concept to completion
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in creating shooting scripts, storyboards, and production schedules
• Knowledge of HIPAA, FDA, and FTC regulations for pharmaceutical promotions
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of at least one producer or associate producer
• Collaborate with in-house production team to concept, plan, and execute productions
• Work with account teams to determine video needs, create concepts and proposals
• Oversee all aspects of pre-production and post-production
• Direct projects and lead team while on set
