In this hybrid role based in London, you will act as a strategic business partner to the Sales organisation, owning the Salesforce platform and ensuring its smooth operation, optimisation, and scalability. You'll combine hands-on Salesforce expertise with stakeholder management to drive data-driven decision-making and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Hands-on Salesforce expertise with strategic stakeholder management skills
  • Experience optimising and scaling Salesforce in a B2B environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own the Salesforce platform end to end including Sales Cloud, CPQ, OwnBackup
  • Be a trusted business partner to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other functions
  • Deliver insights into sales performance and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Improve processes, drive adoption, and ensure scalability of the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Support implementation and coordination of the Go-to-Market tech stack
