💼 About This Role

You'll join a two-year fast track program to become a leader in Picnic's fulfillment centers, rotating through operational roles and leading 100+ people per day. You'll take ownership of efficiency-boosting projects and develop both soft and hard skills through training and mentorship. This role offers international experience in European fulfillment centers and a clear path to Operations Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise 100+ people per day in a fulfillment center
• Lead improvement projects using floor insights and analytics
• Rotate through leadership roles in fulfillment operations
• Take ownership of larger supply chain projects in year two

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in logistics or supply chain
• 0-2 years of full-time work experience
• Prior leadership experience (e.g., board year, committee)
• Fluent in English
