💼 About This Role

You'll manage premium merchant portfolios and drive sales of payment solutions for Paytm's QR business in Ujjain. Your work will directly impact merchant engagement and revenue growth through cross-selling financial products. This role offers ownership in a fast-growing fintech with 500Mn+ users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage with premium merchants and ensure service delivery
• Meet sales targets for QR, EDC, POS, insurance products
• Enable new business lines and promote brand in marketplace
• Plan daily activities and review team deliverables

📋 Requirements

• Self-starter able to take ownership and handle ambiguity
• Fintech or field sales experience preferred
• Good sales and negotiation skills with interest in financial products
• Understanding of local geography in Ujjain
