🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee dispensary operations, compliance, and inventory levels.
• Lead team to deliver memorable in-store customer experiences.
• Manage scheduling, onboarding, and team performance feedback.

📋 Requirements

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience
• At least one year in a supervisory role
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends

✨ Nice to Have

• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
