💼 About This Role

You'll drive business and product insights across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization for Paytm Money. You'll partner with Product and Business teams to define key metrics and perform deep-dive analyses on customer behavior and product funnels. This role offers high impact with direct exposure to senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own business and product insights across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Partner with Product and Business teams to define and track key metrics and KPIs.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, funnels, cohorts, and feature usage.
• Build and maintain dashboards, MIS, and self-serve reports as a source of truth.

📋 Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics, preferably in product-led or fintech organizations.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL working on large, complex datasets.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
• Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and deliver end-to-end insights.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with event-based data (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA).
• Working knowledge of Python or R for advanced analysis.
• Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Domain exposure to Wealth/Trading or FinTech, Payments, Investments, Consumer Platforms.
