💼 About This Role

You'll manage construction projects from start to finish, leveraging highly automated processes and challenging the status quo. You'll oversee financial control, planning, and subcontractor negotiations for projects valued between $4M and $25M.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze technical specifications and obtain construction plans
• Establish and update project schedule and critical path
• Validate payment requests and analyze budget adjustments
• Negotiate and award contracts to subcontractors

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in civil or construction engineering or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years of relevant construction project management experience
• Proficiency in ICC, Stack, and MS Project

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in commercial or multi-residential sectors
• Knowledge of Procore or Maestro
• Member of OIQ
