💼 About This Role

You'll support clients using our contract management platform for pharmaceutical rebate agreements, working between clients and engineering teams. Your work enables efficient negotiation and execution of rebate contracts while facilitating next-generation value-based designs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and schedule activities for client rebate technology utilization
• Analyze manufacturer contract terms for rebate technology compatibility
• Perform contract set up support for each rebate period
• Coordinate analysis and validation of rebate reports and invoices

📋 Requirements

• Experience working within a PBM, pharmaceutical manufacturer, or managed care organization
• Strong understanding of claims adjudication process and pharmaceutical rebate contract language
• Familiarity with NCPDP field formats, 340B, and payor contract reimbursement terms
• Knowledge of pharmacy claims reimbursement terms such as WAC, ASP, AWP, discounts, rebates, admin fees

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with Medispan data and medical coding (e.g., HCPCs)
• Experience building dashboards around rebate, cost, and utilization metrics
