Description

You will serve as the primary technical interface with hyperscale and enterprise customers, translating their requirements into scalable data center solutions spanning power, cooling, space, and network. You will lead technical delivery from design through commissioning, and collaborate with operations teams to ensure performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Highly technical and customer focused experience in data center infrastructure or solutions engineering
• Experience translating customer requirements into scalable data center solutions
• Experience leading technical delivery from design through commissioning
• Strong understanding of power, cooling, redundancy, and resiliency strategies
• Ability to support leasing teams and evaluate new investment opportunities

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical interface for hyperscale and enterprise customers, defining infrastructure requirements
• Translate customer requirements into data center solutions covering power, cooling, space, and network
• Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design reviews, and develop technical proposals
• Coordinate with development, engineering, and construction teams to ensure customer requirements are executed
• Support transition from construction to steady-state operations and establish operational standards
