🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead AI solution development across Voice AI, Computer Vision, and Conversational AI.
• Architect and deploy production-grade AI systems for monitoring and analytics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-powered solutions.
• Optimize system performance with measurable latency and cost improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ in AI/ML systems
• Deep expertise in Python, FastAPI, Django for AI service development
• Hands-on experience with LLM engineering (LangChain, RAG, vector databases)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Voice AI systems and telephony integrations (Genesys, SIP)
• Background in computer vision or visual transformer architectures
• Data engineering experience with Airflow, DBT, and analytics platforms
• Hands-on experience with model fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA) and RLHF
