💼 About This Role

You'll design and automate phone-based workflows for healthcare operations, partnering with customers to translate manual call processes into structured, compliant automated flows. You'll drive quality assurance and go-live success ensuring accurate deployment. This role combines healthcare expertise with technology optimization to reduce patient delays.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop call scripts for new automated use cases
• Map customers' current phone-based workflows into structured flows
• Lead QA testing to ensure accuracy before go-live
• Support customer implementations and go-lives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in healthcare operations or patient-facing workflows
• Direct experience making or managing patient-facing phone calls
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient communication boundaries
• Hands-on experience designing or improving workflows including scripting and QA
