💼 About This Role

You'll define cybersecurity concepts and perform threat analysis and risk assessments for Waymo's autonomous driving products. You'll work with engineering teams to ensure compliance with ISO/SAE 21434 throughout the product lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate system elements and define cybersecurity concepts.
• Perform threat analysis and risk assessments per ISO/SAE 21434.
• Define and manage security requirements from TARA outputs.
• Collaborate with engineering and safety teams on risk mitigation.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience performing cybersecurity threat assessments on embedded systems.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and practical deployments.
• Ability to create and negotiate security requirements with engineering teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years in a security role delivering software/hardware.
• Experience writing security requirements for engineering teams.
• Experience with ISO/SAE 21434 certification or UNR 155.
