You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and drive sales through customer engagement and operational support. This role offers a chance to step into leadership while growing with a passionate team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and product knowledge
• Cover the sales floor and step in as leadership when needed
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts

✨ Nice to Have

• Passion for music and pop culture
• Experience with BOPIS or curbside pickup
• Basic knowledge of store KPIs like UPT and ADT
