Description

You will lead and execute end-to-end congress and life sciences events, managing both onsite and remote components. Your role involves building and configuring event apps, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering post-event reports and recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in congress engagement, KOLs and pharma stakeholder management
• Experience in life sciences event project planning and execution
• Understanding of event approval workflows for Commercial, Medical, Legal Review process and regulatory requirements
• Ability to travel frequently (approximately 40% of time) and work weekends/out of hours
• Proficiency in building event apps using a low-code/no-code platform (Backstage or similar)

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and launch web and mobile event apps using Backstage for life science and congress events
• Manage customer relationships and senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications
• Coordinate with congress organizers, vendors, and internal teams for seamless event execution
• Handle event operations including speaker briefings and attendee management for virtual and face-to-face projects
• Analyze event data and deliver reports, dashboards, and recommendations to customers
