Description

You will play a key role in the acceptance phase of projects, ensuring electrical systems are installed, tested, validated, and documented according to approved procedures. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting and supporting the successful completion of electrical systems for mission-critical facilities.

Requirements

• QQI Level 6 Advanced Trade Certificate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, commissioning processes, and safety standards
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and execute test procedures
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and coordination abilities within multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Execute electrical commissioning activities including testing, validation, and documentation
• Perform technical reviews of electrical designs and develop test scripts
• Conduct functional and performance tests on electrical equipment and systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, isolation procedures, and LOTO protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for commissioning progress and results
