  • Lead and develop a team of support staff, including hiring and coaching.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and dashboards to ensure service goals are met.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and implement action plans for operational issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across member and provider service operations.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced operations or customer service environment.
  • 2+ years of direct people management or team leadership experience.
  • Experience using data, metrics, and KPIs to drive performance improvement.
  • Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Healthcare or insurance experience.
  • Experience working with distributed teams or BPO/vendor environments.
