You'll drive service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction by optimizing workflows and monitoring KPIs. This role blends people management with operational oversight.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of support staff, including hiring and coaching.
- Monitor operational KPIs and dashboards to ensure service goals are met.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement action plans for operational issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across member and provider service operations.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced operations or customer service environment.
- 2+ years of direct people management or team leadership experience.
- Experience using data, metrics, and KPIs to drive performance improvement.
- Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Healthcare or insurance experience.
- Experience working with distributed teams or BPO/vendor environments.
