💼 About This Role

You'll be one of the earliest members of the Web Engineering team at amo, building the backbone of our internal platform from backoffice tools to growth dashboards. You'll own entire surfaces end-to-end, from architecture to monitoring, and contribute to scaling experimentation systems and internal product philosophy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build internal tools and backoffice systems for data access and monitoring
• Own growth and distribution infrastructure for acquisition and retention tracking
• Orchestrate event-driven workflows using Restate for growth mechanisms
• Develop real-time metrics dashboards and data visualizations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience building SaaS products or internal tools
• Experience with growth engineering and experimentation systems
• High proficiency with React, Next.js, or NodeJS/TypeScript
• Comfortable with API design and building third-party connectors

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Temporal or Restate orchestration systems
• Experience building AI-powered pipelines or automated content systems
• Knowledge of infrastructure tools like Bazel, GCP, or K8s
