You'll lead the design and optimization of core SaaS platforms like Okta and Google Workspace at xAI, a fast-paced AI startup. You'll own IAM strategy, drive automation, and serve as the technical escalation point for complex IT challenges in a hybrid environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and optimize core SaaS platforms including Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Own end-to-end support, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications and systems.
• Architect and advance workforce Identity and Access Management (IAM) program.
• Drive cross-functional knowledge sharing and author comprehensive IT documentation.
• Proactively identify gaps and lead initiatives to enhance security and automate processes.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years administering SaaS apps in hybrid environments with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian.
• 4+ years with iPaaS/automation platforms like n8n, Okta Workflows, Workato, or Zapier.
• Expert-level knowledge of IAM protocols: SSO, SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, RBAC.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

✨ Nice to Have

• Okta certifications (Certified Professional/Administrator/Consultant).
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with GAM, Terraform, or building custom integrations.
