You'll design and own the systems that decide which licensed data reaches customers' models, and the evaluation infrastructure that proves it's better. You'll build the retrieval pipeline and eval harness that gates deploys on quality, working across the stack from ingestion to API response.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operate real-time retrieval pipeline with hybrid search and re-ranking
• Build eval harness that continuously gates deploys on quality
• Translate data science research into production systems end to end
• Define quality metrics and build dashboards across customers and competitors

📋 Requirements

• Production experience with retrieval systems at scale
• Strong opinions on evaluation both offline and online
• Comfortable with full retrieval stack (embeddings, vector indexes, learning-to-rank)
• Experience shipping systems, not just researching

• Knowledge of Go or Rust
• Experience with knowledge graphs
• Background in multi-cloud environments
