💼 About This Role

You'll bootstrap an internal data platform at a global SaaS company, working with a small, high-trust team to solve real customer problems. Your work will make data accessible to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a seamless way. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role where you'll build from scratch and shape the future of data engineering at the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and iterate on foundational data infrastructure
• Connect and consolidate data from multiple systems into a unified layer
• Build interfaces for non-technical users to consume data independently
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact data opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or similar role
• Solid proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and working with data warehousing
• Hands-on experience with a columnar warehouse and a transformation layer (e.g., dbt)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization and BI tools (Metabase, Looker)
• Background in a product-oriented SaaS company
• Experience with financial or operational data (revenue, billing)
