You'll support month-end close and financial reporting for a growing HVAC portfolio company. You'll ensure accuracy of journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis. This role offers exposure to external audits and process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support monthly and year-end close process
• Prepare and maintain journal entries and account reconciliations
• Calculate monthly sales commission reports for payroll
• Assist with internal financial statements and management reports

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Strong Excel skills required
• Experience with GAAP and internal controls
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
