You'll oversee a team of offshore/global revenue cycle staff supporting Veterans Affairs accounts, ensuring KPIs and quality standards are met. You'll bridge the gap between global staff execution and domestic operational leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise offshore/global VA revenue cycle staff, ensuring productivity and quality.
• Conduct performance reviews and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Coordinate scheduling and workload distribution across time zones.
• Serve as escalation point for global team issues and workflow blockers.
• Monitor and manage revenue cycle metrics for VA accounts.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience with VA billing.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience managing remote or offshore staff.
• Working knowledge of VA payer guidelines and claim adjudication processes.
• Proficiency in RCM systems like Waystar or Availity.
