You'll launch and lead one of our first cafés in Los Angeles, building a high-performing team and setting the standard for operations. This role is about embedding Blank Street into the community, ensuring every guest feels welcomed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and publish schedules according to labor laws
• Recruit and train new hires with People Team
• Maintain food and beverage quality standards
• Develop meaningful ties with local businesses

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing single-unit operations in high growth hospitality or retail
• Experience managing large hospitality teams
• Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering
