Description
As a Corporate Paralegal at Lyft, you will manage corporate governance and securities processes, support M&A and strategic transactions, and partner with teams to ensure efficient workflow. You will work closely with in-house counsel to handle everything from SEC filings to subsidiary management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years legal experience in corporate governance and securities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative team player with ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Google Apps, Microsoft Suite, Adobe, DocuSign
Responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international corporate subsidiaries (registrations, approvals, record keeping)
- Assist with SEC filings (Section 16, proxy statements, Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K)
- Manage board/committee meeting preparation and stockholder meeting matters
- Support M&A and strategic transactions (due diligence, data room, deal documents)
- Coordinate with stock administration on equity plan management
