Description

As a Corporate Paralegal at Lyft, you will manage corporate governance and securities processes, support M&A and strategic transactions, and partner with teams to ensure efficient workflow. You will work closely with in-house counsel to handle everything from SEC filings to subsidiary management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years legal experience in corporate governance and securities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative team player with ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in Google Apps, Microsoft Suite, Adobe, DocuSign

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international corporate subsidiaries (registrations, approvals, record keeping)
• Assist with SEC filings (Section 16, proxy statements, Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K)
• Manage board/committee meeting preparation and stockholder meeting matters
• Support M&A and strategic transactions (due diligence, data room, deal documents)
• Coordinate with stock administration on equity plan management
