💼 About This Role

You'll build the customer onboarding platform at Ripple, the front door for our global network. You'll transform legacy Salesforce logic into cloud-native backend services that power every product, from Payments to Stablecoin.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design of distributed backend services for product suite.
• Partner with Product and Compliance to architect scalable orchestration layers.
• Migrate core business logic out of Salesforce into resilient persistence layer.
• Champion operational excellence in API design, testing, and observability.
• Mentor fellow engineers to foster technical growth and system reliability.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years shipping backend solutions in Java, Kotlin, or Go.
• Proven track record unwinding monoliths into service-oriented architectures.
• Strong API design skills (REST/gRPC) with operational attitude.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive technical strategy in complex environments.
