As a Mejuri Stylist, you'll deliver personalized shopping experiences, guiding customers in finding jewelry that resonates with their style. You'll drive sales and satisfaction while upholding brand standards in a warm, welcoming environment.

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional in-store customer experience
• Ensure positive customer experience and promote services like piercing and engraving
• Meet KPIs including OPH, SPH, NPS (85%)
• Support back-of-house order fulfillment and inventory organization
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity
