Description

You will enable strategic decision-making across the business by defining core metrics, building analytics-ready datasets, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and ad-hoc analysis. You'll partner with Product and GTM teams to ensure data is trusted, consistent, and impactful.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in data analytics or business intelligence
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with data modeling and dbt, Git and CI/CD
• Experience building analytics in BI platforms (Omni, Looker, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain analytics-ready datasets and metrics
• Enable self-serve analytics by improving data clarity and documentation
• Ensure data quality by validating data and partnering with engineering
• Define and document core business metrics for consistent reporting
• Support Product and GTM teams with actionable insights and dashboards
