You'll partner with Product and Design to build new user experiences for a pioneer in earned wage access, owning architecture across the full stack. You'll drive 0-to-1 product initiatives that empower users with real-time financial flexibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Product and Design to define and build user experiences.
• Own frontend and backend architecture for scalability and performance.
• Build backend services and APIs in Python with Django.
• Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience across frontend and backend.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js for frontend.
• Proficiency in Python and Django for backend development.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, LLMs).
• Experience with early-stage products engineered for scale.
