You'll support the European trade compliance program for The Pokémon Company International by developing guidelines and procedures, identifying improvement opportunities, and building the governance program. Your work will ensure import/export compliance and drive operational efficiencies across logistics, product development, and brokers. This hybrid role in London offers a chance to work with a globally recognized brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and execute trade governance program for Europe
• Develop guidelines and training content for trade compliance
• Assist with import/export process work instructions and SOPs
• Implement corrective actions from internal audits

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in European trade compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Trade Compliance, Business Administration or equivalent
• Experience in import/export filing and customs reporting
• Experience with HS classification and country of origin determination
