You'll create launch videos and build a scalable motion library for Lovable, a company enabling anyone to build software with plain English. Your core impact will be defining visual storytelling across marketing and social, working with a small talent-dense team in Stockholm. You'll join at the forefront of AI-driven software creation, transforming raw ideas into real products for millions worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create launch videos and feature announcements
• Build and maintain a motion design system with templates
• Establish motion design guidelines and style guides
• Collaborate with and art direct third-party agencies

📋 Requirements

• Portfolio of shipped motion work from high-growth environments
• Mastery of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and modern workflows
• Experience building motion systems and style guides
• Strong storytelling ability through visual narrative

• 3D skills (Cinema 4D, Blender)
• Experience with AI video tools
