💼 About This Role

As a Territory Manager at Charlie Health, you will build relationships with clinical partners in your local community, drive market penetration through a go-to-market strategy, and help connect people to life-saving mental health treatment. You'll be a champion of the company and ensure that patients, parents, and providers can access our programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers
• Deepen Charlie Health's penetration across existing partnerships
• Synthesize and share market feedback to inform go-forward strategies

📋 Requirements

• Based in Greater Denver, CO
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience with overachieving KPIs a plus
• Ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and project management skills
