You'll lead the instructional vision and development of K–8 math curriculum solutions for a mission-driven education company. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead instructional vision and quality for K–8 math products
• Drive development and continuous improvement of lessons and assessments
• Manage internal and external content developers and contractors
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Math Education or related field strongly preferred
• 7+ years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design focused on mathematics
• Strong background in K–8 math instruction and evidence-based practices
• Experience managing instructional content teams or third-party partners
