You'll build AI-native GTM infrastructure at a fast-growing startup powering the $9 trillion wholesale distribution industry. Your systems—spanning HubSpot, Clay, and custom agentic workflows—will directly accelerate every BDR, AE, and CSM. This is a rare opportunity to own rev-ops from scratch at a company with proven product-market fit.

🎯 What You'll Do

• **Build AI agents** that autonomously run lead scoring, pipeline hygiene, and comp queries
• Own the **HubSpot stack** end-to-end: data models, automations, reporting
• Design outbound automation and enrichment pipelines in **Clay**
• Instrument the lead-to-close funnel and own forecasting models

📋 Requirements

• Built revenue systems from scratch
• HubSpot expert at architecture and admin level
• Clay as muscle memory
• Production experience with Claude or comparable models
