🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead client workstreams for finance transformation at asset management firms.
• Advise finance executives on operating model and process improvements.
• Manage day-to-day client delivery including project planning and QA.
• Support design and implementation of ERP and fund accounting systems.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in finance transformation or consulting with asset management exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Big4 or professional services experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting, NAV reporting, and investor reporting.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Workday, NetSuite) and fund accounting platforms.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Advent Geneva or SS&C Advent.
• Prior experience in a consulting or advisory environment.
• Knowledge of analytics solutions.
